This is the Ohio National Guard Military Funeral Honors Program Ribbon. This ribbon is awarded to any commissioned officer, warrant officer, or enlisted member of the Military Forces of the State of Ohio, or members of veterans' organizations who have been trained and certified by the United States Department of Defense as Department of Defense Funeral Honors participants.
