Public Health Service Foreign Duty Award Ribbon
Criteria:
The Public Health Service Foreign Duty Ribbon is an award of the Department of Health and Human Services that is presented to a service member for service overseas for 30 consecutive or 90 non-consecutive days in a foreign duty post. Ships sailing in international waters that have stops at international ports qualify for the award. While it is considered a civilian award it is approved for wear on all military uniforms.
