Criteria: This is the unit crest or distinctive unit insignia for the Reserve School. It has the "Minute Man" with the 13 stars that show the early American military tradition. The shield and stars signify defense of the union and the gold coloring is for excellence, achievement, and high ideals. Unit crests are worn on the Army's Dress Blue (ASU) uniform and Army's Service Green uniform.
