Delivery time/damaged ribbons
"With me being in the military for over 20 years, I have always ordered from this website, I have never had issues before until now I guess you could say. It was not really a big issue but I can tell the difference since I’ve been ordering for a long time. Delivery time was longer than usual and I had three damaged ribbons from the back. Not sure if it was done in a rush, new personnel or new inspector inspecting the product after assembly. I have no time to re-do the order since I have a big event in two weeks with my uniform. Other than this everything has been good for over 20 years"
