"I am 100$ satisfied with the hat. I have recommended your company to all the submariners I know. H0wever, I am dissatisfied with the way a mistake on my first order was handled. The wrong Hull number for my boat was on the first hat. When I called to get it fixed, I was only given a $7.95 dollar discount on the replacment. I personally think that the had should have been replaced at your expense."
