Much better than expected.
"I was a little taken aback by how massive the shadow box is. I’m not complaining, it is beautifully done, the background is plush, the awards and patches are perfectly aligned, and the wooden case is immaculate. I would classify it more a piece of wall furniture than a wall hanging. I really want to thank Jen who kept me up to date on the progress of the build. Some of the insignia took a while to obtain but Jen kept me apprised on the situation. Strong work everyone involved. I will definitely do more business with you."
