This is the Virgin Islands National Guard Long and Faithful Service Ribbon. Awarded to members of the Virgin Islands National Guard who serve for five years in an honorable status. The service does not have to be consecutive for the award to be issued. For subsequent awards, numerals are worn on the ribbon.
