"waited 5 days , never got any tracking or info. . . called and talked to very informed customer support. . . I said i was using that shop app and it said it was shipped. . he said the app doesn't work. . . he said it wasn't shipped. didn't know why. . . . but he would would ship it next day. . . arrived 2 days later. . happy about that FYI"

"My dad's shadow box turned out awesome!! This company was awesome to deal with. I was having a terrible time trying to get my dad's medals through the government. The government sent a list of what he was eligible for but they sent the wrong wrong ribbon and forgot 2 of them. I found this company online and purchased what was on his list. On their site they offer for a reasonable price to put it all together for you in a shadow box. They email you with pictures to see if that is how you want it. The customer service is awesome! Thank you for my dad's shadow box! He love's it and now has it hanging proudly in his home."
