Description

Most people get stuck asking "why." Why did this happen to me? Why can't I get ahead? Dakota Meyer has a different question for you: What are you going to do about it?

In Why to What, the Marine Corps Medal of Honor recipient and New York Times bestselling author of Into the Fire lays out the mindset shift that carried him through combat, loss and life after the uniform. He also shares the D.A.S.H. Method, a practical framework for stopping the excuses, owning your choices and moving forward with purpose. There's no fluff and no hand-holding. It's a short, direct handbook for anyone ready to take control of their life.
