United States Army 142nd Signal Brigade Unit Crest (For State and Nation)

Criteria: These distinctive unit insignia (DUI) were worn by the 142nd Signal Brigade. Their motto is For State and Nation. Originally approved for the 142nd Signal Group in 1971 it was amended and the symbolism revised for the 142nd Signal Brigade in 1978. Unit crests are worn on the Army Class A Service Green and Army Service Uniform (ASU).
