"Great product overall, as always, but the gold borders of bordered ribbons are not terribly well secured."
High Quality but Overpriced
"The quality of the product is very impressive. However, the price is quite high. What’s especially frustrating is that there’s no cost-effective option for updating your ribbon rack when you earn a new ribbon—you have to purchase an entirely new rack, which can be expensive. Because of this, I wouldn’t recommend it to others, particularly lower-ranking enlisted members, as it’s not a practical or affordable option. Additionally, I wish the website offered a smarter feature—like an AI tool—that could automatically detect and list ribbons based on an uploaded image or document. For example, the Air Force’s vMPF site allows members to view a printout of their ribbon rack. If USAMM's site could allow users to upload that printout and have an AI system identify and input all ribbons automatically, it would save a lot of time and effort. On a positive note, shipping was decent and fairly quick."

"Ribbons look good but unfortunately I opted for the magnetic option and it’s not quite strong enough to use on my service jacket it moves around to easily. Wishing I went with the pin option"
