Army Recruiting Ribbon

Criteria: You may qualify for the Army Recruiting Ribbon if you refer a friend and they enlist. A referral is considered valid if someone enlists and ships to Basic Combat Training. E-1 to 0-10 soldiers can earn the award when their referral ships to Basic Training. E-1 to E-3 soldiers can get promoted to the next rank in 60 days when their referral ships to Basic Training. E-4 and E-5 soldiers can earn 10 promotional points toward the next rank.
