I like my new ribbon

"I like my new ribbon rack with the Coast Guard Commandant’s ribbon in the proper place. I am still bothered by the fact that I ordered from you before and the ribbon rack I purchased was expensive but the precedence was incorrect. I wrote to request a repair. My requests weee ignored. I finally had to order an entirely new rack."
