The eagle, representing the United States, holds the motto in its beak above a tower adapted from the Engineers Branch Insignia. The colors scarlet and white are the colors of the Corps of Engineers. Also called distinctive unit insignia, this item is made for wear on the Army Dress Blue (ASU) Uniform.
