Description

Our plaques are 9" x 12” and ¾” thick, made of Premium American Red Alder, and have a keyhole for easy wall mounting.

Each Plaque comes with custom laser-engraved text and your choice of branch or campaign coin. Additionally, you can add a thin ribbon rack, badges, metal rank or insignia by following the simple process below.

To start this product you need to ensure that you have your Thin Ribbon rack built and saved to your EZR Shop account on the EZ Rack Builder: https://ezrackbuilder.usamm.com/rack-builder/home

We will build your Thin Ribbon rack to your specifications and then inlay it into your laser engraved plaque. If you haven't created and saved a thin ribbon rack, click the link to start the Thin Ribbon rack building process: https://ezrackbuilder.usamm.com/rack-builder/home

Please note: Ribbon rack needs to be thin, flush spaced, and center-aligned.

Please do not rotate your thin ribbon rack or any items on the plaque. If they are rotated in the preview plaque, we will place them at their unrotated angle

  1. Select your branch or campaign coin from the dropdown
  2. Click "CUSTOMIZE"
  3. Customize up to 3 lines of text. Remove any unwanted text by clicking the red trash icon next to each text line.
  4. To add your saved thin ribbon rack, click the “MY RACKS” button in the panel to the right - the one with the EZR logo.
  5. Enter the email address associated with your EZR Shop account. You should see your saved thin ribbon rack appear after you click the red “Submit Email” button. If you do not see anything or get an error, log into EZR Shop and create a new thin and centered ribbon rack and try step #4 again.
  6. Click on your thin ribbon rack and you should see it added to the plaque. Only one thin ribbon rack is allowed on each plaque.
  7. To add items such as badges, lapel pins, rank, or unit crests, click on the “IMAGES/ITEMS” button in the panel to the right. Select your item category and click on any real items you’d like to add to your plaque.
  8. You can arrange your items at any time after they’ve been added to the plaque.
  9. Delete any unwanted items by clicking the red trash icon.
  10. To change the coin on the plaque, click the “PRODUCT VARIATIONS” button in the panel to the right and select a different branch or campaign coin.
  11. Use the augmented reality feature to preview the plaque in any well-lit space, using your smart phone’s camera. Just click the AR button at the top right corner and follow the AR prompt.
  12. Click “ADD TO CART” and you’re on your way to displaying your customized military Alder Plaque.

Shipping & Returns

99% of orders ship within 24 business hours, but please allow up to 2 business days for in-stock products to be packaged and shipped.

  • Online orders requiring next-day delivery must be placed by 11:00 a.m. (CST). After 11:00 a.m. please call us at 1-877-653-9577 to ensure that we can ship your order out on-time. NOTE: Please call us for all orders placed on Mondays requiring next-day delivery.
  • Federal Express orders do not require a signature upon delivery. If you need us to add the signature requirement, please leave a note in your order comments or call us at 1-877-653-9577.
  • If an item is temporarily out of stock you will be notified via email and given an estimated delivery time. Backordered items will be shipped separately from the original order via USPS First Class Mail. Expedited shipping for backordered items is available upon customer request.
  • We cannot guarantee delivery times to APO/FPO addresses. Shipments to APO/FPOs are affected by the logistical needs of particular theaters of operation. Please consult the USPS or unit mail rooms for information about delivery times to specific APO/FPO addresses. NOTE: Choosing an expedited shipping option for an APO/FPO address does not ensure faster delivery.
  • We cannot accept C.O.D. orders or deliveries.

Return Policy:

All items sold on USAMM are manufactured to the highest standards and we feel the same way about customer service. If you feel the need to return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it happen.

  • Merchandise must be in its original condition.
  • Merchandise can be returned for a full refund within four months of order date.
  • After four months from order date merchandise can only be returned for exchange or store credit.
  • After one year from order date no merchandise returns will be accepted.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original credit card.
  • Exchanges can be made for the same item or for items of equal or lesser value.
  • Any additional costs not covered in the exchange will require settlement by credit card before shipment.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable.
  • You must include a return address. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed, and USAMM will not replace the contents of the package.
  • Please be aware, returned bulk orders of more than $1,000 will be subject to a 5% restocking fee.

NOTE: Special orders such as ribbon and medal mounting will be accepted for returns on a case by case basis. Ribbons and medals with attachments will not be accepted for return unless a mounting error was made.

Return Procedures:

  • Document return reason(s) on the original packing slip that came with the order. (If you don't have your original packing slip, just include a note letting us know why you're returning the product. Please include the original order number, purchaser name, address, and telephone number.)
  • Pack your return with the completed form (in the original package if possible) and send it to USAMM at:

"The concept of this plaque caught my attention because of the laser engraving on real solid wood, and the large selection of options to customize it. Placed a custom order as part of a retirement gift for one of our Soldiers. The plaque exceeded my expectations by a large margin. It is perfectly done, very professional looking with also a bit of a “tactical” vibe going on.
