"Polo Shirt was timely received, but it was not exactly what I expected to receive, e.g., the fabric was different than I expected. However, what I received was good quality. The rank insignia embroidery was not what I expected either, as it seemed to be more of an animated depiction of my rank as contrasted with another polo shirt that I had received eight years ago where the rank embroidery was different. In spite of this, the product was acceptable and professional in appearance."
