The Kuwait Liberation of Kuwait Medal (KLM) is a decoration presented by the Kuwait government to individuals who served in the Liberation of Kuwait Campaign. To be eligible, members must have served in Operation Desert Shield or Operation Desert Storm on regular duty and participated in either ground operations, naval vessel operations or as a crew member in aerial flight operations between the dates of August 2, 1990 - August 31, 1993. Those serving temporary duty must have served at least 30 consecutive days or 60 nonconsecutive days, unless they participated in an active combat operation.

"The workmanship was great. However Immediately upon opening the medals the star ⭐️ on my Navy COM popped off. I’m not sure if it snagged something or what. I wore the medals without the star. I can glue it on myself no problem. I do have one question, when I need to add another medal, can I mail the whole medal rack back so you can add a new medal?"
