Empty Medium Shadow Box Display Case
Proudly display your military career or that of a loved one with this expertly-crafted Medium Shadow Box. Built with an acrylic glass front and cherry finish frame, the Medium Display Case can accommodate up to 8 medals with a small assortment of uniform components (i.e. badges, patches and ribbons). The inner dimensions of the medium shadow box are 12" x 16" x 2". Choose between four different colored backgrounds: Black, Blue, Green and Red.
For an additional fee you can have the option of including a custom-engraved brass nameplate. Use the text box above to enter exactly what you would like engraved on the nameplate. Up to four lines can be engraved with a maximum of 30 characters per line.

- Can I also order the name plates that I see pictured under the various medals (National Defense, etc.)? I didn’t see a place to order those name plates, but would like them to match the one with my name.

- Can these boxes be used outdoors and be resistant to the weather?
- No, they cannot. These are very much designed for indoor-only use.
- How hard s it to mount the medals and pins, will the stick through the felt and backing or do the pins need to be broken off and the medals and ribbons glued?
- The empty display case comes with a removable felt backing, which is mounted on a thin but durable sheet or foam. This foam is thin enough for any badges, medals or ribbon to be pinned through. More lightweight items, like cloth rank and photos, can be attached directly to the felt using a hook-and-loop fastener.
- can the medium shadow box be hung in either horizontal or vertical ?
- Yes, it can. The box comes with hardware that can be mounted on either end of the frame.
